POSITION SUMMARY: The manufacturing engineer position develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls; coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Designs, develops and test and/or sources and cost-justifies various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods Provides technical support, performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency Manages all aspects of assigned engineering projects Manages project budgets, including outside suppliers and contractors Leads new equipment purchase, installation/implementation and training team members Represents manufacturing on cross functional teams Performs all other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: BS in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Minimum 5 years' of Manufacturing Engineering work experience Minimum 5 years' experience in screw machine Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaziens and Continuous Improvement   Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite; 3D design software such as AutoCAD and ProE, with the ability to interpret, design and modify tooling  and machine layout drawings Excellent problem solving and analysis skills Ability to travel up to 25%+ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Master's degree in engineering or related field Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products Shift Full or Part Time Full time Brasscraft is an equal opportunity employer. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
