Millwork Specialist

Job Description:
I. Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to safely manufacture high quality products to specifications, while meeting or exceeding productivity targets. Team members may have different roles or positions in the millwork facility, such as: warehouse, receiving, shipping, interior or exterior. They work together to ensure that the product ordered by the store or customer meets their specifications, has no damage, and gets to the store by the due date. Some of the tasks performed by team members involve operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. A team member may be assigned to receive and put away stock using power equipment, assemble product using machinery or power tools, or load outbound trucks using power equipment. The activities performed by Team Members are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics. II. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Work safely while performing tasks and while using equipment (e.g., use proper lifting techniques for handling product, wear proper personal protective equipment, warn team members when moving into high traffic path or maintain safety zone around equipment, perform safety inspection of equipment prior to use). Ensure proper setup and kitting of parts for interior door production line. Achieve or exceed personal performance targets by performing tasks efficiently and effectively Operate machinery or use power tools to assemble product according to specification, using best method practices Operate power equipment to move product around in the warehouse or production line, put product away in the warehouse, or unload/load product Correct defects identified by a quality inspector Handle product accurately and efficiently while receiving, putting away, picking and shipping product in order to contribute to achieving inventory and fall down targets for the facility Perform tasks in other positions as assigned by the Operations Coaches (Interior, Exterior, Shipping, or Warehouse) III. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Attend and participate in required LLC training programs; become certified Learn and demonstrate skill on new equipment; become certified Learn new skills and become certified in multiple areas in order to rotate within the facility If required and certified, operate the yard truck to position trailers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
