CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT - OD GLOBAL CONTAINER DIVISION - Part time

Job Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Support person for the OD Global Container Division is primarily responsible for providing superior service to both our internal and external customers. He/she will do so by seeking and developing relationships both internally with other departments and container drayage terminal locations and externally with customers. In addition he/she will be involved in rate estimates and follow up with customers from a sales and operations standpoint, web invoicing for preferred customers, scanning of internal documents, cross training within the department and other responsibilities as directed by management.

To grow revenue and profitability he/she will:
Seek and develop relationships with internal and external customers as directed by management.
Provide centralized rate estimates for the container division customers in an effort to gain additional market share.
Seek ways to streamline and improve processes to increase productivity
Provide excellent service and follow up to those customers who request a single point of contact to monitor and distribute all their container moves throughout our division.

To self-manage his/her time, he or she will:
Program time and efforts to allow for adequate time with both internal and external customers.
Allow time for in depth analysis and monitoring of progress towards goals
Adopt a program of self-development by learning as much as he/she can about the Container Drayage Division.
Focus on special projects within major markets, specific industry markets and customer segments.

Duties in administration will be:
Handle internal and external correspondence, rates and leads timely.
Be cross trained and be the backup for the other OD Global Container Division Corporate personnel
Keep all web invoicing current and notify Container Collections of any issues and work together to resolve
Carry out and report on any special assignments as requested by the Director of Container Operations or other management.

Eligibility Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Typing and telephone skills
Word and Excel experience
Self-motivated

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
