9K a year 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Job Purpose The Video Coordinator is responsible for processing and submitting video evidence per Company standards and client requirements.
This position will report to the Kannapolis, NC office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities Video Processing - Processing daily video, to include capturing still photos, for updates and reports.
Auditing - Reviewing cases to ensure all required video has been received by the investigator.
Communication - Coordinating with the Manager and Investigators to receive any missing or corrupt video evidence Video Copies - Generating copies of videos per Managers/Clients request.
Delivery of Final Documents - Responsible for printing final case reports, client invoice, and burning of final CD/DVD footage, to be mailed to the client.
Data Entry - Case intake assistance on an as needed basis.
Specific Measures of Success Video stills must be pulled each morning and provided to the Operations Manager All video evidence must be prepared immediately following the conclusion of the case.
Any missing video needs to be address immediately and prioritized for processing when received Delivery of final investigative report should be completed within 24 hours of case being received in the queue Credentials Strong organizational skills Creative thinker Strong written and oral communication skills Detail oriented Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite - Word & Outlook Prior office/administrative experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
