All aspects of Accounts Payable; coding, entering and posting invoices, etc.
Maintain current Subcontractor certificate of insurance Approve special Customer invoices and track via spreadsheet Misc.
Administrative duties; filing, greeting visitors, answering phones, update production meeting minutes weekly, etc.
