The focus of the F&I role is to help customers with financing options, insurance, and DMV paperwork so they have a successful purchasing experience at NC Trailers.

Sales Manager Primary job
Responsibilities:
Create Tag & registration documents using DMV software and manually with 100% accuracy.
Assist finance customers in the office and outside on the retail lot.
Explain warranties and terms of sale for each brand.
Explain and recommend financing options and insurance offered by partners.
Complete financing contracts and obtain funding.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
Enter leads into CRM.
Prioritize work tasks daily & weekly to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Skills/
Qualifications:

years related to finance and lender experience with personal loans or whole-goods consumer lenders Valid NCDL required; NC Dealers Sales License, Notary Public (preferred) Understanding of OFAC and Fraud Prevention protocols.
Capacity to prioritize tasks to ensure targets are achieved Understanding of DMV titling and registration processes and procedures.
Familiarity with finance and insurance loan products.
Ability to explain financial terms and conditions to customers.
Ability to learn new finance and insurance products software.
Basic General math skills.

Individuals in this position have total compensation plans in the range of $35,000 to $50,000 annually, including performance-based incentives.
There are three levels for the F&I Associate career path.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
