The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing phone calls, providing administrative support to the staff, and managing the office's filing system.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional attitude.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
